Product information and compatibility

• Availability, price, brand, condition and warranty must be confirmed before payment.
• Customers must provide accurate vehicle, chassis/VIN and part information.
• PartsHub may require an OEM/reference number or photographs before confirming fitment.
• An order is not accepted until compatibility, stock and the final total are confirmed.

Orders, payment and delivery

Payment methods, delivery charges and estimated timing are shown or communicated before an order is accepted. Special-order deposits and cancellation conditions must be agreed before sourcing begins.

Returns and responsibility

Returns are handled under the PartsHub Returns & Compatibility and Warranty policies. Customers should inspect delivered items promptly and report damage or discrepancies with supporting photographs.
